Joseph H. Pilates said, "Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness."

People often ask the question, "Should I be flexible and fit to do Pilates?" The answer then is "By taking Pilates, you CAN become flexible and fit!"

Pilates is a means to an end. Or it can be an end in itself. Pilates is a jumpboard towards greater possibilities beyond the physical body. (Oh, the Jumpboard is a piece of Pilates equipment, in fact!)

What are the BENEFITS of PILATES? When done correctly and regularly, PILATES:

Builds core strength & stability;

Improves coordination, posture, & alignment;

Increases flexibility & endurance;

Improves muscular tone, balance & strength;

Pilates Queen is an internationally trained STOTT PILATES* Fully Certified Instructor, one of the few from the Philippines. She has rendered more than 2000 hours of well-attended, blissful, and successful classes to date.

"Fully Certified" means that she is trained in standard Pilates repertoire, including and not limited to: the Essential, Intermediate, & Advanced levels for Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, & Barrels; small equipment such as Toning Balls, Flexbands, Foam Rollers, Circles & Stability Balls; plus Injuries & Special Populations. And lots of continuing education as we speak.
